Sound Familiar?Working Out Alone
Isn’t Working.

Same Old Workout

You walk in, do the machines you know, and leave. Without a program that changes and progresses, your body stopped adapting months ago.

Nobody Checks Your Form

You have never been taught to squat, press, or deadlift properly, so you either avoid the barbell or load it and hope. Neither one gets you stronger.

Motivation Runs Out

January is easy. March is not. Training alone means nobody notices when you skip, and skipping gets easier every week.

A group CrossFit class fixes all three at once: a program written by people who do this for a living, a coach watching every rep, and a room full of people who notice when you are not there. Here’s how it works at Solus.

Here’s Our SolutionOne Hour. Coached.
Scaled To You.

Every class at CrossFit Solus is a 60-minute session that combines strength training, conditioning, and functional movement, led by a coach who knows your name. The programming follows a proven system built by four-time CrossFit Games champion Rich Froning, and every movement in it is scaled to your level on the day.

Smart Programming

Not a random workout of the day. A progressive system that builds strength, endurance, and athletic performance in a planned order, week after week.

Every Level, Every Class

Coached And Scaled

A coach runs every class and adjusts the load, the range, and the pace for you. First class ever or ten years in, you get the same workout at your version.

  • Coach In Every Class
  • All Levels
  • Small Groups
  • Strength and conditioning in one hour. Squats, presses, and deadlifts paired with the conditioning that follows them. No separate cardio day required.
  • Constantly varied. A different workout every day keeps your body adapting and keeps you from getting bored.
  • Scaled to you. Every movement has a lighter, shorter, or slower version. The coach picks it with you, whether you are 25 or over 50.
  • Classes from 5 AM. Around eight class times a day on weekdays, plus Saturday and Sunday, so it fits your schedule, not ours.
  • Hyrox and race prep. The equipment and the programming to get you ready for Hyrox, Spartan, Tough Mudder, or a mud run, with members who compete in them.
  • Pilates included. Every CrossFit membership also includes unlimited Pilates for core, mobility, and recovery.

Here’s How We Do ItWhat A Class
Looks Like

Every class runs the same arc, and a coach is on the floor for all of it. Here’s the hour.

0–10Warm Up

A coach-led warm-up that gets joints moving and primes the movements you are about to load.

10–30Strength & Skill

One or two lifts or skills, taught step by step. You pick the weight with your coach, from a PVC pipe to a loaded barbell.

30–55The Workout

The conditioning piece, a constantly varied mix of functional movements at an intensity that is right for you today.

55–60Cool Down

Stretch, breathe, and compare notes with the person next to you. Then, usually, coffee.

How We Scale

Same Workout. Your Version.

The coach writes one workout on the board, then adjusts three things for each person in the room: the load, the range of motion, and the pace. A 26-year-old and a 66-year-old do it side by side, one with a barbell and one with a kettlebell, and both leave stronger.

  • Load: lighter weight, a kettlebell instead of a barbell, or just your body weight.
  • Range: squat to a box, press from a rack, step up instead of jump.
  • Pace: fewer rounds, longer rests, a bike or rower in place of running.
  • Then, over months, the scaling gets smaller. That’s the point.

Good QuestionsBefore Your First Class

Yes, when it is coached and scaled, and at CrossFit Solus every class is both. A coach is on the floor for the whole hour, every movement has a lighter, shorter, or slower version, and you choose the weight with your coach. Most of our members had never done CrossFit before their first class here. If you are brand new to fitness, start with a free intro call and we will point you to the right first class.

Every group CrossFit class is 60 minutes and follows the same arc: a coach-led warm-up, strength or skill work, the workout of the day, and a cool down. The workout is different every day and combines strength training, conditioning, and functional movement. You do the same workout as everyone else in the room, scaled to your level.

No. Getting in shape is what the classes are for. On day one you might squat to a box and press a PVC pipe while the person next to you uses a barbell, and both of you get coached the same way. Tell your coach about any injury before class and we will work around it.

Our daily programming follows a training system developed by Rich Froning, a four-time individual CrossFit Games champion. It uses progressive overload to build strength, endurance, and athletic performance in a planned order over time, rather than a random workout each day. Every movement in it is still scaled to you by your coach.

Most members train three to five days a week. Start with two or three, let your body adapt, and add days as you go. With around eight class times a day on weekdays and classes on Saturday and Sunday, finding a slot is rarely the hard part.

Yes. Our classes build exactly what those events demand: strength, muscular endurance, and conditioning. We have the equipment to train for Hyrox, Spartan, Tough Mudder, and other obstacle course races, and members who compete in them. Ask a coach about race-specific prep.

Start with 5 classes for $55 or drop in for a single class for $25. Every full membership includes unlimited CrossFit and unlimited Pilates with no joining fee, on a 12-month, 6-month, or month-to-month plan. Ask for membership pricing and a coach will send it the same day.
