we have a unique twist to our classic Crossfit classes. All classes offer three levels of the same workout. Level 1 is for our Beginner athletes or anyone wanting an active recovery day. Level 2 is what 80% of our members follow daily. This track is also meant to be the more challenging level for our 50 years and over athletes. Level 3 is our competitive track. This level offers more challenging technical movements and heavier weights.
Kids ages 8-13 years learn the fundamentals of fitness in a fun, game like environment. The kids build strength balance and kinetic awareness all while having fun with peers.
Our Nutritional coaching will get you the results you want. Our simple to follow meal plans are customized to your body type and your personal accountability coach will help you stay on track through out the week.
Is a fun 25 minute Cardio intense workout. This class uses lite weights and low skill movements so you can keep your heart rate high. It is also very scalable, making it great for beginners as well.
Our classes are designed to help you reach whatever aesthetic, performance, or health related goals you may have. If you’re interested in weight loss and toning, you’ll love our group classes with the option to also work with our trainers 1-on-1 (upon request). You’ll learn to fuel your body for your day-to-day demands while challenging your body in a safe way under the guidance of our certified (experienced) trainers. Kick start your weight loss in safe supportive group environment.
We offer a variety programming which also includes Olympic lifting and powerlifting elements. These will challenge you and help you become a stronger both mentally and physically. We also offer individual times to allow you time to work on your own primary, accessory or athlete sport specific programming.

Our intro classes will help you learn the basics and our staff is always happy to help you find options to scale movements up and down based on ability limitations.
