Group Classes

CrossFit Solus offers unlimited, coach-led CrossFit classes 7 days a week, with expert instruction in every one-hour session focused on proper technique and effective training.

Each class follows a structured daily plan including a warm-up, strength, and conditioning.

Members also receive 8 weeks of nutrition and habits coaching with a custom meal plan, quarterly InBody body fat testing, and monthly goal-setting sessions to track progress and stay motivated.

Pilates

Pilates classes are offered every Wednesday and Saturday at 9:00 am, and taught by coach Kerrie Thompson. Sculpt Pilates is offered on Sundays at 1:00 pm and taught by Connor Light. These classes are included with any Solus membership.

Combining Pilates with CrossFit enhances core strength, flexibility, and stability, leading to better movement, improved posture, and reduced risk of injury.

CrossFit Solus Fit Over 50 Program is a functional fitness program designed for adults 50+ who want to build strength, improve mobility, and stay active for life.

Our expert coaches tailor each workout to your needs, focusing on movements that enhance balance, flexibility, and everyday function. Functional fitness helps boost energy, prevent injury, and improve quality of life as you age—so you can keep doing the things you love with confidence.

Kids CrossFit

CrossFit Kids is for ages 6–12 years. The kids meet every Monday at 6:30 PM and the class is taught by Coach Timmellyn Paslay & Michael McCullough.

Our fun, active classes build strength, confidence, and healthy habits through age-appropriate workouts and games—all led by certified coaches in a safe, supportive environment.
